Hanging out with Vinny in SF

DSC_6139

Vinny stopped by SF for a couple days to hang out. As you know, he puts the “entertainment” in entertainment law.

DSC_6144

This is a typical conversation with the guy.

DSC_6145

And yeh, he takes great pride in slurping his ramen.

DSC_6147

Oooooh yeh.

DSC_6156

Just like old times, but with new tech.

DSC_6159

A cultured man.

DSC_6182

I spoke too soon.

Anyway, I’ve got more photos on deck. Stay tuned for the good stuff.

McLaren on the Streets of SF

DSC_6053

I’ll see McLarens at Cars and Coffee meet ups… but it’s extremely rare for me to see them parked on the curbs of SF in a tow away zone.

DSC_6058

I’m not sure what’s going on here, but this guy is brave on a couple levels. Either way, I had to take the opportunity to snap some quick photos.

Bay Bridge at Night

DSC_6099-Edit

It looks like the engineers were testing out the new lights on the bay bridge. I took the opportunity to quickly snap some photos.

I shot these out of the window of my apartment, semi-handheld. I rested the camera on the ledge of the window and then snapped about 10 photos. I stacked the images and then applied a median blend on all of them to reduce the noise. If I had a tripod, I would have done a long exposure.

Chabaa Thai Cuisine

DSC_6049

Let me start off by saying that this place ranks extremely high on my list.

DSC_6044

It’s not only delicious, but it’s reasonably priced. Sure, food is amazing in SF, but it’s freaking expensive. If you go to Chabaa, I highly recommend the duck with egg noodles.

DSC_6045

It’s a small hole in the wall, and it probably seats no more than a dozen people. But man, it’s fantastic. I’ll go here any time with the gang.
