Bull Sharks in the Potomac River

The 8-foot, 220-pound bull sharks were apparently caught in a fishing net a mere 200 yards from where people normally swim, which is an absolute terrifying thing to think about. –dcist.com

I was swimming near that river a couple weeks ago. Kind of scary! Might need to stay out of the water now. Hmmmm.

    • Michael,There is no requirement of slowing down to 20 mph, as you read. The statute requires you to move over if you can. If you can (and even if you can), you must ଄exercise due care” which would include slowing down to a reasonable speed. Matthew Weiss
