Pho and Braised Ginger Beef
This weekend Annie made Pho, and I braised some lean beef in ginger, garlic and some other spices. It actually came out really well.

T-Bone Steak Dinner
Might have to get some bigger plates. My first time cooking a t-bone steak on a cast iron.
