Interesting installation. I’d love to have some of these in my office.

Here are my new ping pong paddles. Thanks to my cousin Roger and my mom for hooking me up. I’ve already played with them once, and it’s a huge improvement. This will change how I play the game, now that I can put some real spin on the ball.

Anyone know if SSD is really worth it? Throwing a 256mb SSD in a macbook pro would add like $850. It books up the OS and application snappy… but does it justify the cost? Here’s a video I found that shows a side-by-side comparison.

I was looking for metroid covers on the piano and I somehow stumbled across these two guys playing the Metal Gear Solid 2 theme. A) I’m a big fan of Harry Gregson-William’s cinematic scores, and B) huge props to these two kids for putting this together. These two guys have been able to cover a couple video game songs, and they’re all fantastic. Here are some that caught my ear. If you can’t see the video, watch them here.
