I’ve been playing volleyball for about 5-6 months now, and I’ve improved. But, I need a new edge, so I’ve started doing some leg training this weekend. Squats, jumping with weights, and calf raises. In addition to loosing weight, hopefully this will help with my vertical jump.
Ps. I don’t really want my legs to look like the picture on the left…
