Between using Quicksilver and Alfred, I find myself immediately liking Alfred more as my quick app launcher for OSX. Quicksilver has much more free functionality and power, but I really like the interface for Alfred. I wish every website, os and interface had a power tool like this.
If you’ve never used a “type-ahead” app before, it’s basically an application that does stuff by typing into a small text input. It’s typically launched by pressing a keystroke.
I’ve been using Alfred for a few minutes, and I’m already in love. Hat tip: Aaron
Have you looked at Google’s Quick Search Box (http://www.google.com/quicksearchbox/). I really like it and from what I hear, Google hired the developer of the original QS.
Did someone hack your site? Clicking the image takes one to the Quicksilver page. Funny, but not what I was looking for.
