My knees have been pretty sore lately, so I decided to get a new pair of shoes and check in with some volleyball trainers. I was told that I jump pretty high, but the reason why I’m not getting higher is because I’m playing too much. I guess it makes sense, because my muscles don’t have enough time to heal.
So after this tournament saturday, I’m going to see if I can take a week off and just focus on muscle strengthening with some weights. We’ll see if this works. Stay tuned.
