As I was brain storming plants to grow this year, tea came to mind. Unfortunately after watching this video, it seems that it is a very complex and involved process in order to create proper tea leaves.
I actually didn’t know that all tea comes from one plant, camellia sinuses. It seems that there are a variety grades of tea as well.
