As much as I love Apple, I feel like they’re starting to loose their way. In their keynote, I kept hearing the speakers say that their products were “amazing”. They’ve set such a high bar that I’m not sure if the new products they’re releasing are really that amazing. It would be more amazing if the iPad mini was even thinner (like wafer thin). It’s more of an iteration than a revolution. Even their new iPad update got a small speed bump. Nothing revolutionary.
To me, instead of Apple doing their finest work, most of their product updates have been to fill a hole in the market. Will I buy the iPad mini (aka 7.9″ iPod touch)? Nah.
I will, however, say that their website is looking awesome. Their site is just sexy. Just scroll.
