Cooking Pt. 2

So I had a ton of stuff in the fridge that needed to be cooked. I invited Foo over for dinner and we had a pretty hearty meal. I’ll have to invite the rest of the team over next time.

Ginger marinated chicken with a lovely thick piece of alaskan salmon.

So, I was well over my calories last night, so I had to hit the gym. One hour on the elliptical machine did the trick.

I weight myself this morning and finally hit 160 lbs flat. Making pretty good progress, considering how much I’ve eaten recently.
