As you may know, I’ve been on a diet recently. I’ve been cooking a bunch of stuff with Annie, and I’m starting to get the hang of it. Here are a couple of things that I’ve cooked recently. They’re pretty simple.
A small portion of rib eye steak, cooked on the stove. Not bad for a noob!
Here’s a cross section of it… medium! The key is heavy seasoning with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
Tilapia and squash.
Ginger scallion sauce with a whole chicken.
It was my first time chopping a full chicken.
Chicken soup with fish sauce and noodles.
