As you know, I’ve been cooking a little more recently. I picked a couple stainless steel pans and a small cast iron pan.
Here are a couple of things I’ve cooked this weekend with Annie.
Scrambled Eggs and Garlic Salmon.
Steak Medium, the way Annie likes it.
Steak Medium Rare, the way I like it.
Slider burgers with caramelized onions, turkey hot dogs and bacon.
While these look good, I did manage to burn some fish and bacon. I didn’t know how they would react to high heat.
However, I think I’m getting the hang of it now. Leveling up! ^_^
