Cooking Dinner for my Parents

This weekend I had my parents and some family friends over for dinner. I didn’t really expect to be cooking that much, but it ended up becoming a larger project than expected.


Either way, it worked out well and it was nice to have everyone over.

Here are some photos of the beautiful ingredients. Annie did a bunch of the cooking and prep work.


Ribeye steak (medium rare), garlic shrimp, mashed potatoes with bacon, and caramelized onions.


My mom made apple pie for desert, served with vanilla ice cream.

So I weighed myself and I’m now up to 163lbs, since this weekend. On friday, I weighed in at 158.8lbs. It’s time to dial back up my diet. Need to hit 157lbs.
