Steak, Shrimp and Caramelized Onions

Last night I had Foo come over for dinner. We stopped by Harris Teeter and picked up a fresh ribeye steak, shrimp and an onion.

Here’s Foo’s plate (with the giant juicy Ribeye). He asked for medium, and medium is what he got. ^_^

I’m definitely loving the caramelized onions. Glad Annie showed me how to make those.
