Last night I went by Walmart to pick up some food. I cooked boneless chicken thigh with broccoli and korean rice. The chicken was marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper for about an hour. They were then pan fried for 10-15 minutes.
The broccoli was boiled for 2 minutes and then pan fried over olive oil, oyster sauce, and kosher salt. I added a little water to help create a light sauce with it.
It turned out pretty well. It’s a simple go to recipe that takes less 20 minutes to cook (after you marinate the chicken).
