While I was in Cali, I had a chance to hang out with my old roommate, Patrick.

Here’s a pic of him with the bay bridge in the background.

Here’s a pic of Patrick’s girlfriend hanging out with all the locals. She’s got of soft spot for all the dogs.

And of course, we had to check out Phil Coffee.

Later we went by the farmer’s market. The street is always filled with entertainment.

I’m sure there’s a little mark up around this area—everyone says it’s pretty touristy.

But I had to get some souvenirs. ^_^

Patrick and I tried out a bunch of stuff while we there. This was a combo of BBQ and other types of meat.

It’s pretty cool that you can taste just about anything.

And I had to pick up some cheese from Cowgirl Creamery.

Did I mention that the weather was pretty nice?

I guess it’s dog friendly everywhere, except here.

We stopped for a little lunch.

Pretty tasty.

There’s entertainment everywhere.

And later we tried some “meat cones”. Pretty intense stuff.

I mean, it’s cool to get selfies. Kinda.

As you can imagine, parking is virtually impossible around this area during the day.

So it was a combination between Lyft and Uber.
