Probably not the prettiest plating, but it sure tasted nice! It’s a winner. ^_^

I got to meet Julie, the blogger behind tablefortwoblog.com yesterday. She does a great job of presenting her food with wonderful plating and beautiful photography. I’m amazed by how much she makes on the side by blogging. I now feel reinvigorated to blog more after seeing her success. The crazy thing is that she does this in her spare time!
