1. If you don’t have a thick skin and complete abandonment of political correctness, don’t go near the kitchen. You will immediately learn there that what you consider to be off-limits is just the baseline of someone else’s sense of humor.

I’ve been watching a lot of Master Chef recently. Learning a ton about food and cooking through the show and Gordon Ramsey. There are definitely things you can learn from the kitchen. Here are 23 life lessons you get from working at a restaurant.
